Churilovo Agrocomplex (The owner is Sergey Vainstein) enjoyed the support of the government to construct 2 modern greenhouse complexes: in Ust-Katav, Chelyabinsk region and Martynovka rural area, Kurgan region. The media-service of the company states that the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation has included Agropark Ural and “Martynovsky” to the list of borrowers within the framework of the concessional lending rendered to farming companies, set by the governmental order № 1528 of 29 December 2016.
Overall investments in 2 projects amount to 10bn RUB. Besides, the government provides fund for the construction of utility infrastructure in Ust-Katav: a part of fund will be invested by the government of the Chelyabinsk region, another part by the federal monotowns development fund.
The projects will create over 2.5k new work opportunities. Sum production volume will reach 100k tonnes of vegetables annually.
“720 new jobs will be created in Ust-Katav and 370 in the Kurgan region. Over 1.5k jobs will be provided with the development of a retail chain and company’s logistic service”, says the general director of Churilovo agrocomplex Oksana Litsinger, “Project implementation will secure supplementary budget profits, and will downsize the shortage of vegetables and green crops in the region”.
The new greenhouse complexes will be built in alignment with best global achievements in the sphere of eco-friendly cultivation. All the greenhouses will be fitted with supplementary lighting and drop irrigation systems; interplanting method will enable to eliminate production downtime; beetles-entomophages, bred in the company’s lab will solve pest problems.
It is worth to note that Churilovo Agrocomplex is the largest facility in the Urals, engaged in the cultivation of greenhouse vegetables and leafy lettuce. With the commissioning of new facilities, Churilovo will occupy the leading positions among major agriholdings of the region.
